SUMMARY:A LEARN Food Security Workshop - Sourdough
DESCRIPTION:Have you wanted to use sourdough to get more nutrition from wheat\, or\nreduce sugar\, salt and yeast from your diet? \nThe Garden Club/ICAN Food Security Team present Making the Most out\nof your Sourdough. \nRena Patrick will lead you through the process in two zoom meetings.\nPart One:  7:00 -7:30 pm\, January 25\, 2023. You will learn how to\nmake your own sourdough starter. Part Two: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm\,\nFebruary 5\, 2023. You will use your sourdough starter to make\ntortilla wraps and learn about a wide variety of other foods you can\nmake with the starter. \nThe list of ingredients and recipes will be given to those who\nregister. Cost of the workshop is by donation. \nTo register email quadraicansociety@gmail.com by Monday\, January 23\,\n2023. Novices welcome!
