DESCRIPTION:The GC/ICAN Food Security Team present another LEARN Food Security\nworkshop. Canning Basics will be held from 10am to noon on October\n22\, 2022. \nLearn the fundamentals of water bath canning in a hands-on workshop.\nInstructors Tara Taylor and Kathy Young have many combined years of\nfood growing and preservation to share with our community. This\noutdoor workshop will teach you how to use canning tools to safely\npreserve your harvest. Each participant will receive a jar of fresh\nsalsa verde.  Participation is limited so apply early!
